Our Pack is a community
of parents who work together as a pack Family. Thanks to Parent
Volunteer leadership, our Pack offers challenging and exciting activities
that encourage positive growth in Scouts. Our leadership starts
at the den level with the Cubs at their appropriate age and grade
level. Grade levels are ‘Dens’. Each den is lead by
a parent volunteer to lead and guide the scouts on their achievement
and enrichment journeys. Our Den and Cub Scout leaders are Youth
Protection trained and have various different levels of scouting
training. We encourage all parents to attend Youth protection or
any other training available-see your Committee Chair for more details.
When a boy progresses in Cub Scouting, his achievements are recognized
through rank advancement and ceremonies. Fun is in store for the
whole family. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer
time as a leader, please contact a Pack Leader. Parental participation
is key to the success of the Pack and is important in the life of
your son as well.
Parent volunteers are always needed. Registration
and training are provided by the Pack for those who are interested
in helping. If you'd like to help in any capacity, please contact
the Pack Committee Chairman, Cubmaster or your son's Den Leader.
All types of help are needed – for specific events, assisting
in Den Leader absence, or even becoming a leader yourself!
